LET'S DO SOME GOOD TOGETHER...

Helping make a difference

There are so many ways we can help make a difference outside of training dogs.  Whether it's in the equipment I use, local rescues I support and the other non-canine organizations I volunteer to help with.

Every little bit we do can have a positive impact.

HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT...

I love the leashes from Mountain Dog Products and have used them for years.  They are committed to creating sustainable goods in an environmentally responsible manner.  Mountain Dog Products guarantee the leashes for life... and they stick by that guarantee (even if your dog chews the leash).

SUPPORTING RESCUES...

I work closely with a number of rescues in the area and am "on call" should they need a place for dogs that may have behavioral issues that are too much for a foster... I have worked with everything from dogs taken from the Korean Dog Meat Trade to dogs suffering severe abuse from gunshot wounds, dog fighting rings and more.

HELPING THE HUMANS ALSO...

I've been involved in helping at-risk youth, supporting local organizations such as Safe Place.  Most recently helping organize a program in conjunction with the Clark County Youth Shelter and a local rescue where we were able to allow the youth to help play a role in the rehabilitation and training of a puppy (click on the picture at right for the story).
